At Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, the commitment to nurturing a balanced and healthy lifestyle extends beyond the classroom. Under the aegis of Adept- A Programme for Enhancing Life Skills, powered by wellnesswise.in, the Health & Wellness Programme organized a rejuvenating Chair Yoga & Mindfulness Session for teaching faculty on May 3, 2025, focusing on restoring harmony between the body and mind.
Guided by the inspirational mentorship of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director (Health & Wellness), Blue Bells Group of Schools, the session was thoughtfully curated to reinforce the importance of self-care and mindful living. Teachers actively participated in a series of targeted stretches for the spine, neck, arms, legs, and toes—designed to relieve stress and enhance physical vitality. In a heartwarming and collaborative gesture, all attendees took part in a Mindfulness session, further reinforcing the school's ethos of collective well-being and shared growth.
This meaningful initiative not only highlighted the importance of physical wellness but also celebrated the spirit of community and holistic development—hallmarks of the Blue Bells philosophy.
