The school boasts a comprehensive Parent-Teacher Networking System, thoughtfully designed to foster strong relationships and ensure the seamless exchange of essential information with parents. All circulars and important updates are regularly posted on our website, www.bluebells.org, providing easy and timely access for families.

To maintain seamless connectivity within the school community, each student and teacher is provided with a dedicated email ID.

In addition, we have implemented a regulated school SMS system and curated broadcast groups to facilitate swift and effective communication with parents..

ERP: Enhancing Home-School Collaboration

At Blue Bells, our goal is to bridge the gap between home and school by fostering the positive growth of our students through meaningful collaboration. To support this objective, we have implemented a dedicated ERP app that enables quick, consistent, and transparent communication with parents.

• The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at our school is a collaborative body of parents, teachers, and staff, established to strengthen parental involvement in school life and activities.
• Our mission is to help every child reach their full potential by actively engaging and empowering parents to advocate for all students. The PTA is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, promoting health and well-being, and nurturing a strong sense of community through active family participation.
• We remain committed to the core values upon which the PTA was founded—partnership, advocacy, and a shared dedication to the holistic development of every child.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS (PTMs)

Fostering Growth Through Meaningful Collaboration

• Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) serve as a vital platform for supporting each child’s growth and development. These interactions provide a constructive space for teachers and parents to come together to celebrate achievements, discuss progress, and identify areas for growth.
• To further strengthen communication and collaboration, the school conducts Open House PTMs on a regular basis. These meetings reinforce the partnership between parents and educators, contributing to a nurturing and supportive environment for the child’s holistic development.
• Parents are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions consistently, as regular engagement helps them stay informed about their child’s academic journey and overall well-being.
• Each month, the class teacher shares a detailed PTM schedule. Parents receive advance notifications along with designated time slots to meet the respective subject teachers. To ensure meaningful and effective discussions, we kindly request all parents to attend at their assigned time slots.

WORKSHOPS & ORIENTATION PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS

• The school regularly conducts Orientation Programs and Workshops to support and engage parents in their child’s educational journey. Special events are also organized to honour the vital role parents play in their children’s growth and development.
• These thoughtfully curated events—prepared by students with the enthusiastic support of teachers and the school management—serve as a celebration of parental involvement and the strong bond between home and school.
• Parents are notified about these programs and events well in advance through our Parent-Teacher Networking System, ensuring their active participation and presence.

PARENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME

Building Stronger School-Home Partnerships

• Our school warmly welcomes and encourages parents to actively engage in a wide range of school activities through our Parent Volunteer Program. Their participation enriches school events and enhances the overall learning experience for students.
• Parents contribute in diverse and meaningful ways—serving as make-up artists and costume designers for school performances, leading career guidance sessions, and sharing their professional expertise with students. Young learners especially enjoy interactive engagements such as Doctor’s Day, where parent volunteers conduct fun and educational sessions.
• We proudly extend this partnership to grandparents as well, who frequently visit to share insights on the benefits of millets and traditional food practices—instilling cultural wisdom and healthy habits in our students.
• Throughout the year, we host events and activities that see enthusiastic participation from our parent community. We are deeply grateful for their unwavering support and meaningful contributions.

Coffee with Principal

• As part of our efforts to strengthen parental involvement, a focused interactive session was held, inviting a select group of parents to engage in a dialogue with the Principal.
• The objective was to review students’ academic progress, address concerns raised by parents, and gather constructive feedback aimed at the continuous improvement of the school. This initiative fostered meaningful dialogue and further reinforced the collaborative partnership between the school and its parent community.

SLC (Student Led Conference)

• The highly anticipated 'Student-Led Conference', an initiative of 'The Learning Space' (The Learning and Development Department) headed by Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director, Academic Development and Innovation, Blue Bells Group of Schools, was conducted for the students of the Middle Wing at BRAHM DUTT BLUE BELLS PUBLIC SCHOOL on August 24, 2024.
• During this event, a holistic view of students' 360-degree learning experience was showcased, encompassing not only academics but also their personal growth and development.
• Students demonstrated various concepts through a transdisciplinary approach, connecting learning across multiple subjects in meaningful ways.
• This experience played a pivotal role in nurturing essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, and collaboration.

Citation Ceremony – Class XII

• The Citation Ceremony for the outgoing batch of Class XII was organized on January 18, 2025, at BRAHM DUTT BLUE BELLS PUBLIC SCHOOL.

Annual Athletic Meet – SPARDHA 2024

• Blue Bells Model School witnessed an exhilarating and memorable day during the Annual Athletic Meet for the students of Classes VI to XII, SPARDHA 2024, held on November 30, 2024.
• The event took place on the school grounds and showcased the students’ athletic abilities, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Parents actively cheered from the sidelines, creating a lively and supportive atmosphere. The sports ground echoed with applause and enthusiasm as students competed with zeal, embodying the true spirit of friendly competition.
